Carlos Checa returns this month of October to America, this time with the support of Acción Cultural Española and the Spanish Embassy in Honduras, where will conduct some concerts with the Filarmónica de Honduras thanks to the personal invitation of the maestro Jorge G. Mejía.
Next 9th of August as part of the “International Music Festival Serranía de Cuenca” (Spain), Carlos Checa will conduct again the “Orquesta Cuenca Ciudad de Música” with the choir “Orfeón de Cuenca” performing a wonderful Mozart’s masterpieces: the Prague Symphony and Coronation Mass.

Carlos Checa makes his debut in Caracas with OSJFM on 10th of May at the prestigious “Sistema Nacional de Orquestas y Coros Juveniles de Venezuela”.He will conduct works by Chausson, Boildeau, Ravel and Falla with the soloist Cristina Montes and Mathilde Borsarello conducting the Sinfónica Francisco de Miranda.The concert will take place at the “Sala Simon Bolivar” in the Centro Nacional de Acción social por la Música.
